Sweat Thirty is a high-energy, full-body experience designed to push you, challenge you, and light you up from the inside out. In an intimate small-group setting of just 7 participants, you’ll power through 14 dynamic exercises, one minute at a time, across two heart-pounding 14-minute rounds. Every second counts. Every movement matters. It’s fast, fierce, and incredibly effective—built to leave you stronger, drenched in sweat, and feeling empowered long after the workout ends.


Train with intensity, side by side with just three others — yet every rep, every drop of sweat is all about you. Each week hits every angle: upper body, lower body, and total body, with shifting tempos that ignite progress and push past plateaus. No two workouts are ever the same. Power Blocks is our signature private and semi-private training experience—built for those who want more than just a workout. This is about building real, lasting strength, unlocking performance, and pushing past your limits with purpose and intensity. Every session is a challenge—structured into four powerful blocks, each seven minutes long. You’ll move with focus, drive, and intent—no wasted reps, no going through the motions.
