And, of course, we emphasize balanced nutrition: drinking enough water, eating fruits and vegetables packed with micronutrients, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants to strengthen your immune system, and being mindful of your macronutrients—carbs, fats, and proteins—to fuel your body for peak performance.
